Your photos are 100% private. All face detection and blending happens locally in your browser using JavaScript and Canvas. No image data is ever uploaded to any server.

1. Image Data

When you upload photos, they are processed entirely within your browser session. The image data never leaves your device. No photos are stored, logged, or transmitted.

2. AI Model Loading

The face detection model (~6MB) is loaded from a CDN (jsDelivr) on first visit and cached by your browser. This is a one-time download — subsequent visits use the cached model.

3. Third-Party Services

• GitHub Pages — hosting (static files only)
• jsDelivr CDN — AI model distribution
• Google AdSense — may show ads
• Counter API — anonymous view counting
